We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager with drive-thru experience to take ownership of drive-thru performance and help lead a seriously high-performing location.
Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll:
Take full ownership of drive-thru operations and performance, ensuring speed, accuracy, and excellent guest experiences
Support, motivate, and develop a diverse team with energy, positivity, and purpose
Drive operational excellence across labour, inventory, and training
Champion sustainable practices and embed the brand’s values into daily operations
