We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager with drive-thru experience to take ownership of drive-thru performance and help lead a seriously high-performing location.

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll:

• Take full ownership of drive-thru operations and performance, ensuring speed, accuracy, and excellent guest experiences

• Support, motivate, and develop a diverse team with energy, positivity, and purpose

• Drive operational excellence across labour, inventory, and training

• Champion sustainable practices and embed the brand’s values into daily operations

• Support a culture of creativity, learning, and community impact
